      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your buyer received a broken item so the ' No Return ' on your listing is invalid.&amp;nbsp; They need to be fully refunded.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ask your buyer to open a case for item not as described in the Resolution centre.&amp;nbsp; If you want the item back first,&amp;nbsp; you have to pay for a fully tracked return postage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Fully refund through those case details and within 3 days,&amp;nbsp; or within 48 hours after eBay inform you the item was posted back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your seller fee is refunded,&amp;nbsp; and your seller performance no affected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can then try and claim compensation&amp;nbsp; for yourself, for the damage caused from the courier used.&amp;nbsp; Your buyer needs to be refunded first here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
