Why is ebays REPORT A BUYER options rubbish . Iv sold 2 items to 2 diffrent ppl now and they not paid yet I cant report them I have to cancle the deal the scumbags are bidding and not paying why is ebay not doing anything you cant even leave feedback for non payer

Even the buyer not paid contact us is says then WHY do you want to cancle the deal .... WHAT THEY NOT PAID . Even try to contact ebay the option is not offered its rubbish yet I'm paying these for this rubbish service..

After 4 days you can Cancel the Sale using the reason " Buyer did Not Pay. " Buyer receives an Unpaid Item Strike and the Seller gets the Option to Relist.

Put them on your Blocked Bidders List.

If sellers use the facility every time that non payment occurs then these time wasters will be weeeded out.

Non payers get a defect and with two most sellers will not sell to them. This should ultimately deal with the problem

ebay have changed the system,

instead of opening a case after 2 days and then having to wait a further 4 days to close the case,

all you do now is cancel the transaction after 4 days choosing 'buyer didn't pay' as the reason,

you get the fees credited, the non payer gets a strike and your item is relisted,

much quicker and cleaner than before
