Had a bad experience with a seller is only offering 10 pounds out of a 35 pounds item and is being rude and saying item has body odour .

I never wore item .

Really need some help here Paid with ebay check out so can do PayPal resolution.

Have you opened a case for item not as described in the Resolution centre? If not do so now.

If the seller wants the item back they have to pay for that tracked return postage.

Escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.

Do not close the case early, on any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

What was the problem with the item when you bought it?.

If it was not as described

Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay

You get all the original payment back not just £10
