Buyer not collected from sorting office, what do I do?

Hi all

I am a relatively new seller. Sent an item end of June. Seemingly positive left instructions to collect from sorting office, buyer hasn't collected and item has been returned to me. What do I do next pl? Have contacted buyer and no response

You just wait until the buyer opens a not received dispute and if and when they do then you refund

They have 30 days to open a dispute on ebay

When did they buy it?

You have contacted them so it is down to them. No one knows the reason why they did not collect or contact but if you refund then you have to do it through the resolution centre with the buyer opens a case
