checking thestatus revealed that the items were in transit and due to the large container ship that was stuck in the Suez Canal I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt, and due to the sudden bereavemen of both parents in March then June......I had forgotten about this purchase , when I tried to contact the seller...... all I get when highlighting questions and answers I get a "oops sorry you cannot contact the seller at this time", when trying to contact ebay the questions and answers just bring me right back round again to the first question, I've tried resolution centre and the same as it can not find either the item or item numberit looks like I am £23 out of pocket.

If you paid through eBay checkout using a Card or available funds, you may have more success if you use the PayPal Resolution Centre to open an 'Item not received'case there and escalate within 2 to 20 days ... otherwise contact your Bank Card issuer for advice >
