    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased an item on 30/04/21 from a seller and the item has not been received to date. I have contacted the seller on several occasions and been asked to give more time for delivery a number of times. I then asked for a refund and now item has now been deleted form my purchase list to open an ebay request to step in. However I have all the messages on my phone app and details of the item on there. How do I go about complaining about the seller and getting my money back?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ian&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only allowed 30 days from estimated delivery date to open an 'Item not received 'case with eBay and escalate case after 3 days for a refund ... the seller has deliberately run you out of time, case option is now closed and you cannot progress further.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; No guarantee of success, but try this &amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;
