&lt;P&gt;you only have a certain amount of time to ask ebay to step in and help&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;sellers like to drag things out past the cut off point by sending pointless messages&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is only the 20 of July today do you mean June.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why an email? All problems are done through the resolution centre and you open the dispute and have to go back and escalate it too ebay. If you dont do things within the timelines then the case will close and once closed you can not open another on ebay&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if you paid by paypal then try there&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello, thanks for reply, it wasn't a problem as such, seller delayed&lt;BR /&gt;sending goods by 2 weeks due to family crisis but offered compensation, we&lt;BR /&gt;were dealing with this through eBay so didn't think to escalate. Then ebay&lt;BR /&gt;closed case. More wiser now. Thank you.</description>

      <description>Thank you so much for this, I didn't realise there was a time limit, new to&lt;BR /&gt;the site, I was communicating with the seller through eBay for compensation&lt;BR /&gt;re late delivery of goods, I never thought to escalate this to eBay as we&lt;BR /&gt;were sorting it out between us. Now I am more wise to it. Thank you</description>

      <description>On ebay you have to harden your heart and look after your own interests. You use the resolution centre and make sure you get your money back. When you open a dispute you go back and escalate it after a full 3 days. If you did not receive the item then the seller should have refunded in full.</description>

      <description>Hello, thank you so much, wasn't sure how eBay worked, thought I could&lt;BR /&gt;solve this without eBay but I have learned a valuable lesson and will not&lt;BR /&gt;make this mistake again.
