So I have an account restriction because eBay didn't take the money for fees. I made a one time payment to rectify and still nothing. Waited and then contacted the agent online that repeats everything on the automated along with sending lots of pre-typed it's a glitch rubbish. Asked to speak to a person and he sent me on a wild goose chase that lead back to him. Then he logged off!

Any ideas how to speak to a competent human?

Does it not say how long your Restriction is for? You can Contact Ebay from the top right of the Page under Seller Help. Then Scroll down for Options. It will be "Call Me back" or "Chat with Us."

You don't appear to have sold anything, so what fees did you owe. If this is from years ago, then it is permanent.

Two classified ads. eBay failed to take the payment, and then restricted my account.

And I'm told that the call option has been removed. Annoyed because if there's no solution then deleting my account is the only way out!
