CONTACTING E BAY

Can anyone provide me with information on how to contact ebay please. I purchased an item but it is faulty and unsafe to use - I have contacted the seller but he has not responded and I then tried to contact Ebay but I am just going around in circles - it is not easy for me to do this, can anyone help please?

You don't need to Contact Ebay you have 30 days to Open an Item Not As Described Case in the Resolution Centre. Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in after 4 days.

Enter "Ebay Money Back Guarantee" into Help and Contact at the top of the Page.

For an item received faulty there is an automatic procedure on eBay and there is not normally any need to contact eBay if you follow the instructions carefully. Click this link.
