How do you contact eBay when your problem can't be solved

What have you done to solve the problem? You should ask here as most problems do not need ebay involvement, they are dealt with through Cases as explained in the Money Back Guarantee, top right of every listing.

If you think it is really necessary then use HELP & CONTACT top of most pages or bottom right of this page but do not expect miracles, they can at best only provide the information that you can find for yourself.

I have tried to solve the problem myself but eBay are involved they sent me an email on 15/5/21 saying they are looking into it and will contact me within 48-72 hours. I haven’t heard from them and they are not replying to my email. This is why in need to contact them.
