Why do they not make it clear that some items need to be collected.

Apparantly I have sold three items but none of them are suitable for posting eg table and 6 chairs. The buyer is waiting for delivery having paid for the items but I am not going to send them, I thought I had put on the form collection only.

your table is collection only

your chest of drawers was listed with postage

it is up to you as a seller to make sure you list correctly

Table and 6 chairs for collection not sold 2nd June ... TV 16th June and Chest of drawers sold 16th July and clearly listed with postage costs which is obviously not possible. Ask the buyer if they would accept cancellation and buy again when listed correctly ... expect poor Feedback if you cancel and refund immediately using reason > 'Problem with buyer address'.
