MC139 message received from eBay.

Explaining that an account may have been used fraudulently to contact me.

Does this mean I've definitely been contacted by this person or is it a warning message sent to everyone.

I ask because I can't find any contact from the account stated.

Did you receive this message through eBay messages? Did it address you by your real name and not just your username ID.

If not, this is a phishing email, do not click on any links in it, delete and ignore or forward to spoof@ebay.com

Otherwise , I suggest contact eBay Customer Services for further explanation of this email.
