    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent some records to China via LaPoste. I have a tracking number and have called LaPoste who say the parcel is in France waiting for a flight to China. I sent the parcel on 07/07/2021 and the last update was on the 12th June.&amp;nbsp; My customer is understandably getting worried.&amp;nbsp; Am I resposible for refunding the customer should he start a case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If they open a not received dispute then you would have to refund if you can not prove Delivered on the tracking.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You then claim off whoever you sent it with&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
