Cannot get a confirmation code

Hello,

I bought a sewing machine on 27 June and collected it yesterday from the seller's parents'. I am happy with the purchase. The seller has asked me to send on the confirmation code so the money can be released to her. I cannot get a confirmation code generated. I keep pressing the button and nothing happens. Help please?

You don't need the Code. Ask the Seller to find the Sold Item and Mark as Paid and Dispatched from the Actions Drop Down menu. They will need to use a Desktop Browser.

Many dont get the code.

The seller can mark as Paid and Dispatched by going to the seller hub then under Orders

They need to do that to make sure ebay know you paid

They will need to use a desktop computer
