Question Listing interface in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Normally, when I want to list on ebay I find a listing which is similar and then say 'sell it yourself' and make amends (upload my photos, price, mailing details etc), as needed. Today, when I tried to do this a very complicated set of screens came up which were not user-friendly at all. Very difficult to navigate and lists and lists of items. It looked like a development screen. I called ebay and they didn;t seem to know what I am talking about! Can anyone help please?

If ebay don't know, then we are only members like you, and know no more than you do.

Thanks John. I can tell there is something wrong with the user interface as it suggests I 'drag and drop' my photos 'on the grid' in order to reorder them. There is noi grid in this interface - though there is in the normal user-friendly one. The guy I spoke to at ebay seemed inexperienced. I cannot surely be the only person who is experiencing this situation??
