This is happening more on eBay, someone bids, wins then has no further contact with seller, is negative feedback the only redress

Negative feedback is not the answer.

It is against ebay policy for sellers to leave negative comments on a positive dot

Had the previous buyer reported that feedback it would have been removed and you would receive a black mark on your account

If a buyer does not pay then ebay send reminders and on the 4th day you or ebay can cancel the transaction to get your fees back

The non payer gets a strike and that is much worse than any feedback

Too many and they will not be able to buy off many sellers and ebay may remove them.

Put them on your blocked bidders list
