    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a buyer and have previously brought products from a seller without issue and left them positive feedback.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately my last item was delivered to me damaged - to the extent that the postman gave to me in a sealed rubbish bag and warned me to throw away immediately as containers inside had smashed and liquid inside had fully leaked out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I immediately took a picture of bag before disposing, contacted the seller explaining and also raise a return request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To be fair to the seller has accepted the return via automated eBay system that generates a return label - for above reasons I cannot return so have again emailed seller but no response - I am trying to find a way of informing eBay of situation and / or move this along as eBay account states action required on my part.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone have any suggestions as first time ever had problem on eBay - thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Inform your seller again that the item is smashed and cannot be posted back,&amp;nbsp; they should then refund you&amp;nbsp; now,&amp;nbsp; they can do this without waiting for a return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they do not contact eBay Customer Services and explain the situation.&amp;nbsp; Their lines open at 8 a.m.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contact them this way.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thank you very much for your quick response.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will follow your advice.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have already recontacted the seller to explain why can’t return together&lt;BR /&gt;with photo evidence asking for either replacement items or refund.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Will give a couple of days and then use the links you provided.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again for your help.</description>

      <description>You' re very welcome,  cases are all automated if the seller is not aware&lt;BR /&gt;then  a buyer  opening one for item not as described,   and seller ants the&lt;BR /&gt;item back,   immediately sends that return label.  So they need reminding&lt;BR /&gt;that it cannot be used here,  and that they are required to refund you now&lt;BR /&gt;,  through those case details,  as you cannot proceed further.</description>

      <description>Thanks - I am hopeful seller will resolve as you suggest as have no issues&lt;BR /&gt;with them in past and as say are following steps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again for advice to help make sure I am doing the right things too.</description>
