To be honest i have not seen that before. All i see when looking at listings etc is how many have been sold without the option to see the specific feedback for their items.

I know you have taken a screenshot but is that seller selling on Ebay.co.uk ?

ebay add it, but I don't know what criteria they use,

there is nothing you can do to make it appear

The above is in your listing and when "2 sold" is clicked on, rather than show the feedback it shows "private listing -- buyers' identities protected "

That's because you are using private listings quite unnecessarily.
