Question Click and Collect duplicated collection when item was collected and then generated automatic return! in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

<P>I recently bought an LP using the "click and collect" from Argos service. I collected the record from local Argos. Totally satisfied. Left positive feedback to seller. Then a few days later, ebay send me message here with photo and new collection code for the same item! I tried to phone Argos to tell them there was a problem but their stupid automated assistant requested I give only a collection number that had numbers only, not numbers and letters! But the collection code is ALWAYS a mix of numbers and letters! So after three attempts to ring and get the same rubbish from Argos, I could not get through to them. The next I hear from e-bay that they say I initiated a return request for the item which of course I did not! Now the item does not show in my purchase history. The seller contacted me to ask why I had submitted a return of item through ebay. I replied that I had not done so and that it is a fault generated by ebay. I cannot get through to ebay here, no matter how I try. Their automated options are rubbish! Meanwhile, I have the matter unresolved. I certainly will not return an item I am perfectly satisfied with! EBAY - are you listening?</P>
