Buying butter knives

When bidding on a set of 6 butter knives I was asked to provide credit card details. That went through ok but when I click next it takes me to an error page. I can't find a help category that fits to access eBay help. Does anyone know how to sort it out?

Recheck using a PC/Laptop ... place a Credit Card (Monthly statement) on file to purchase Knives/Cutlery on the UK site ... an everyday use Debit Card will not be accepted ... My eBay > Account > Payment information >

Nasty, dangerous things butter knives. Why not buy a cut throat razor? No restrictions on these.

Did that and tried bidding again. It’s still asking me to register a credit card. I’ll try again tomorrow 🤞
