    <description>&lt;P&gt;purchased an audio interface but didnt receive all the advertised leads.&amp;nbsp; contacted seller several times and then contacted eBay to resolve issue, their response was no case to reolve!! i don't understand why? any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no reason why a buyer should lose a not as described dispute if it is done correctly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you open the correct dispute and escalate?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Escalate it&amp;nbsp;after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Read up on the Ebay money back guarantee&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that does not work and they are a business then contactCitizens advice as you may have rights under UK law.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If not, there's no point in calling eBay's money back guarantee useless. You need to open one while you're still within the 30 day time limit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In fact, eBay's MBG is extremely good for buyers. It's almost impossible to lose if you act within the timelines and follow the instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Open a case now but make sure you open a case using the reason "Not as described" and ebay will provide a reply paid label at seller's expense. Then if tracking shows as delivered back to seller and he does not refund, THEN you can escalate the case to ebay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It does help if buyers actually read the Money Back Guarantee, which is on EVERY listing top right and follow the correct procedure.&lt;/P&gt;
