Hi,

I have just spent considerable time reading threads on the topic of Managed Payments (with interest and sometimes despair!). However, it was time well spent for me as I am new to selling on eBay and it focused a couple of questions in my mind that I am hoping you may be able to answer for me.

I listed my first couple of items to sell 3 days ago (got a bid on one of them at time of posting this) and they are still active listings, as I put them on for 7 days. I know that I need to complete my registration for managed payments in order to receive any payments due to me from buyers. I am considering opening another bank account solely for eBay transactions, both in and out, so as to separate it from my existing personal bank account. I know I won't be able to do this before my active listings end, so I will need to link my current bank account, for now. With this in mind, I wondered the following:

- Can you change the bank account that is linked to eBay Managed Payments?

- Can you change the Payment Schedule (e.g. daily to weekly or vice versa), if required?

If you go to seller hub, click payments at the top,

on right side shows your bank details & payout schedule.

Easy to edit from there.

As new selelr, you will also be subject to 21 day hold on funds, if you add tracking when marking as posted, money released earlier.

Although you can't refuse ebay payments, better to in description for mirror "Cash on collection please".

Should I add tracking to my live listing or just future ones?

You add tracking number to ebay when marking as posted. If using RM, up to £20, POP has 16 digit reference, nit tracked, but will show when item delivered, ebay accept this. UNless you can prove delivery, you always have to refund if buyer claims not received.
