cant see neutral feedback buyer has left

morning all

so sold an item, buyer opened INR case, I supplied postal information and case was closed in my favour, item was actually awaiting collection at local office,

this morning im scrolling through my sold list and under this item it says neutral feedback received, gone onto my feedback and cant see it, have gone to buyers feedback, and cant see it on there either

surely as a seller i have the right to at least see what has been said about me, and also would have thought id the option to reply

My guess is that Ebay automatically removed it because you could prove by a tracked means that the item was waiting at the Post Office and the case was closed in your favour 🙂

There is no neutral feedback showing on the account you are posting on so i would not worry about it.

I can see where you are coming from but on the other hand, Ebay for once, protected you as a seller. If it were me i would add the buyer to my blocked bidder list as i would not want them coming back. Prob just said they didnt receive the item or the like.
