I am having absolutely no joy in sorting this problem. I, after 8-9 times trying managed to successfully appeal wrong information on my seller dashboard. I had an item which was lost in the post and refunded my buyer but was listed on my seller dashboard as a case closed without resolution AND as a returned item with a defect. I appealed and, after nearly tearing my hair out in the trying, WON both cases but the wrong information is STILL logged on my seller dashboard. I've tried unsuccessfully to sort this but they just keep sending me emails telling me to use their new system that just sends you round cycles of blurb. Has anyone any idea how to get them to do their job right instead of just putting barriers in the way.

You don't give ALL the details. It sounds as though you did not deal properly with the refund or the return which is why you say they are showing incorrectly.

You say you won the appeals but they are still showing incorrectly so to my mind, you were told what you wanted to hear, but nothing was done.

If refunds and returns are dealt with properly through cases then the cases automatically close, so this sort of situation does not arise.
