When I click on Verify it wants me to re-enter my security codeand to review my billing address. They need this to verify this is an authorised use of your card.&nbsp;</P><P>On doing it the second time and being directed to my online account and confirming with my bank that is correct, on coming back to ebay I get "The information that you're about to submit is not secure.
