    <description>&lt;P&gt;Buyer has informed me today she's not received her item. I posted 3 different items Saturday with Inpost - the other 2 have been delivered but not this one. Checked the website tracking and it states courier collected same day but nothing else. Help please as I don't know what to do after investigating Inpost for help to no avail&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Buyer opens case for item not received, you have 3 days to prove online delivery or have to refund buyer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then you claim from carrier.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you refuse or ignore case, ebay refund buyer with your money &amp;amp; you still pay fees.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
