Missing item refund request

Hello I have puchased 20 items from a seller way back at the date of 14.10.2020 and the expected arrival date was meant to be the 24.10.2020. The total cost was £159.80. however i still have not recieved it. When i look at my ebay account its says its been dispatched but not delivered. I had to purchase from elsewhere so i do not need the items anymore so therefore i do not know what i can do to get a refund. Does anyone have an idea on what i can do? Thankyou.

You have 30 days from the estmated delivery date showing on your order to open an eBay item not received claim and get a refund, so you've left it way too long to put in a claim with them.

You've left it too long to open one with PayPal too.

If you funded the payment with a credit card or a debit card featuring the Visa logo, then contact your card provider.
