Good morning, I recently purchased a inflatable come on England football supporter

It was purchased 11th June 2021

At £24.99

the inflatable only lasted 3 days I've tried to negotiate with the seller but just wouldn't let up,

Order number 07-07195-01172

He can either refund me or... send me a replacement

I got the item from sports direct-outlet

The way I see it he should of obeyed the ebay rules which is

1...refund me

2...send a replacement

But I keep sent back to pillar to post

And I want something done about it please

You don't have to Negotiate anything with the Seller. They are messing you about. Just use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case for Item Not As Described in the Resolution Centre. You have 30 days from Delivery. Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.
