I recently won a bid and instantly realised I'd bid on the wrong item,I contacted the seller straight away to explained the situation and ask that they cancell my bid/order but have no heard back - I have sent 4 more messages over the last 3 days since winning the item and the seller is still not getting back to me. The item shows as a "PAY NOW" item every time I open eBay and I cannot do anything myself to cancel it. Are you able to help?
