    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I purchased an item in January that was a pre order and should have been ready for late March. To date it's still with the manufactures and the seller wants more time. I have been very patient but now I want a refund however the seller is stalling, any suggestions Ebay says I'm out of time for them&lt;/P&gt;</description>
