    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi wise people,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After having an issue with an item I purchased I contacted to seller. They were very helpful and we had a polite but long conversation via the messages. The seller agreed to refund me for the item and told me the refund had been processed, to wait 72hrs and if not received to contact them. I contacted them when refund was not received. I was told the management had been notified of the issue and the refund had been processed, wait 48hrs. Still no refund received, the seller is now ignoring all my messages. What do I do now please, how can I get help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If only ou would read te money back guarantee before getting into hssort of mess.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No seller just refunds because you ask. You have to open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, if seller wants item returned h provide a Reply Paid Label and on return refund THROUGH the case.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So long as you are within 30 days you can still do this through the resolution centre, if no refund then you escalate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You must allow for the fact that refunds go back to source and are not instant,using a Credit Card and it can take 30 days, BUT you can see if the paid symbol against your purchase has changed to the REFUNDED symbol.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
