Question CHANGE OF PRINTING LABLES AND INVOICES in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Member-To-Member-Support-DO-NOT/CHANGE-OF-PRINTING-LABLES-AND-INVOICES/qaq-p/6988921 <P>Hi</P><P>Is anyone else upset about the changes to the ebay printing label and invoice system?</P><P>I came to print out my sales this morning to find it had all changed, to me for the worst.</P><P>I normally print a packing slip for the buyer and an invoice for my accounts (also one for any buyers requesting a VAT invoice). This morning on the new system my logo had changed to one we haven’t used for years. It took me ages to figure out how to change the logo to our new (2yrs old) logo, but it looks squashed and distorted so not very good.</P><P>The sales record number is no longer shown, the message to buyers I have on my invoices is no longer shown, with just a drop-down option for very basic messages. The VAT is not calculated so it's just showing a one-liner £0 tax.
