However, when I click on items with messages on the appalling new hub eBay have forced us to use, I cannot read the message sent. This is totally counter productive in helping me sell anything as it means I cannot communicate with with my potential buyers as I have no idea what they're asking. When I contacted eBay, they said it was a technical issue and that they had been working to sort it out for weeks. This company is making millions if not billions of pounds out of us. Why is is it that they can't afford the expertise to sort these kind of issues out.
