It it true Royal Mail is stopping 1D products?

I have received the message but not sure if it is from RM

Why not just go to the Royal Mail siteo online and check it out there.

All announcements for RM should be there

Its not listed anywhere as not sure if its true or not? Very difficult to get to the customer service for Royal Mail. The message says RM is stopping all PPI parcels

This is no really the place for questions about another company it is for ebay problems. I had a quick look and can not see any reference. Did the message come through your personal email or through ebay messages?. Are you enrolled on the system on RM.
