Items being flagged as counterfeit.

Hello all,

Despite being verified and approved by Ebay last year, my items are being randomly labelled and removed as 'counterfeit' even though they are not. Along with this is account restrictions which have enormous impact on my sales and business.

I spoke with Ebay support, and they promised they would ensure this didn't happen again. However, it happened again today and Ebay support were useless once more.

I would like to speak to a senior manager at Ebay UK to resolve this, otherwise I will have to take my business elsewhere. I pay nearly £40k in Ebay fees a year, so I think I deserve 15 minutes of someone’s time.

What should I do? The only options I can find are the useless copy/paste chat drones. Don't preferred/power sellers have dedicated support anymore?

it would be best to speak to eBay as you seem to be flagged up.

However, before contacting eBay you need to look at the digitally delivered items you are selling as you are violation eBay policy and could be banned.

My account was suspended in December 2019 for selling digital goods. I then went through a month long appeal with Ebay where I had to show them I owned all the stock and disclose my wholesale suppliers and prove my goods were ethically scoured. They then lifted the suspension on my account with approval to continue to sell digital goods. My question is where can I go to speak to someone for support? I can only find the chat option that connects you with people that can only follow a script and can't provide any actual support.
