    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, hope you can help i have an item that needs to be returned do i have to open a case or just contact the seller who might not refund me once he gets it and what do i tick if i have to open a case as none of the tick box's seem to display my problem and if i tick something like changed my mind would ebay still refund me. Item is a mouse trap and i cant put it in the house so no good for my needs, thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ALL returns are done through opening cases. That way if a seller does not refund on return you can escalate to eby who will force a refund. NEVER do anything on ebay YOUR way, use the proper systems.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I assume it is a BusinessSeller so they are required to accept reurns for any reason, JUST read the instructions given when opening a case. The RETURN must be sent using Tracking as that is what will ensure you get a refund.&lt;/P&gt;
