    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to give a refund, but the new system is refusing to give it, using my card as source, recently added a new bank account...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas on whats going wrong here???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;even passes authentication... used different cards but nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my fail message is always&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your refund did not go through.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Why are you trying to refund? Has the buyer opened a Case with Ebay?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That is how refunds should be made, as far as I am aware there is no provision for making payments through Managed Payments except through a case, when if insufficient money in MP then the balance would be taken from Bank Account by DD.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unless you use correct procedures it is wrong to critise a system which as far as I am concerned has been running very smoothly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Update still no dice. Help say for the buyer to open a case this say it should force a refund. actual message from advisor As you are facing an error, your buyer can open a case and you will get the option to refund through the case. If you still face the issue, then eBay can step in and refund on your behalf.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;after trying numorous cards that all got blocked, and I had to spend hours unblocking and others gave me new cards, finally got to adding one new card and the same problem occured, no refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I have received a minus figure in my payments section and a note of an INTERNAL TRANSFER in process, this could be the result I am looking for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With all the negativity my account is going to get I dont care about that I am just relieved that something has moved and the eBayers money is returning, I hope...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
