How long does a refund take to reach my PayPal account?

Once issued it should be instant to paypal.

What was the refund for and does it say on the item that it has been refunded

Not sure how long if the seller was on managed payments

Did the payment go to ebay or the seller?

Refunds go back to original payment source so, if you paid with Paypal funds, it will go back to your Paypal account fairly swiftly.

Debit card payment? Back to your bank account within 12 days.

Credit card payment? Can take up to 30 days to appear back in that card account
