    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a Ebay member for a long time and SERIOUSLY thinking of closing my account,&amp;nbsp; I continually receive advertising from Ebay about items I have just purchased and I&amp;nbsp; sick of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I managed to stop it once for a brief time by clicking opt out&amp;nbsp; ,so how has Ebay ignored that request.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
