Ebay's Site, Ebay makes the rules. Very simple, if you don't accept that then you won't be able to sell.

Might be there site but we have the choice to sign up or not .. As eBay has not put a date and time that all sellers MUST sign up by this is wrong to force each seller to sign up if they have not decided they want sign up or not .. eBay only is here because of sellers and buyers but they don't give a **bleep** about us .. So the truth is they run the site but they can only do so with sellers and buyers !!!!..

Ebay say it is quite simple, sign up to managed payments or don't sell. Lots are complaining, but don't see ebay changing anything.
