Question Returning Rattan Sofa - Concerns in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Member-To-Member-Support-DO-NOT/Returning-Rattan-Sofa-Concerns/qaq-p/6948314 <P>Good morning.</P><P>I am returning a Rattan Sofa which has parts missing. The seller is sending courier today. The courier will supply labels and proof of purchase. However, ebay has also sent me labels to print of for me to return the 2 x parcels by 11th.</P><P>My problem is that I will not be using the ebay labels (seller providing) and I worry that ebay will not be aware that the parcels have been collected, and if the seller does not refund, ebay will assume that I changed my mind about returning (due to not using their labels).</P><P>The seller asked me to close the case but I have not because I want my refund first but once the 11th has passed then I do not know how to contact ebay to tell them what 'might' of happened.</P><P>Hopefully the seller will have notifiction that the sofa is on its way and refund but I worry that they will drag it out beyond the 11th on May and all will be lost.
