    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I posted an item to a buying using Ebay packlink (Hermes) when I tracked the item they had tried to deliver 3 times, then said they needed more details from me to return it. I have contacted Hermes without success in getting the matter dealt with...it may have got lost apparently. As they have supposedly completed the matter I can't get compensation from Hermes. Do I still have to pay the buyer as she has not received the item. Not sure what to do here. Thanks for any help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi thank you for that. Great I followed the link, but could not get any further because I can't find the reference number they require...I have a tracking number, a reference number and another number but none are right...they certainly don't make this easy. I checked on tracking and they say it's resolved.</description>
