    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does any one else feel that, the return system is complicated and unfair,&amp;nbsp; I am dealing with two returns at the moment, one photo looks like the buyer has dilbertaltly broken the item.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other, the buyer hasnt read my discriptions, or checked out the photos and is blaming me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am i responsable for this return?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do we have to declaire every single chip, I have tried to do this if the item warents it. Hello, the **bleep**ing, dont people understand were just selling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or do Ebay need to simplfy the whole procedure and employee human beings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
