Surely eBay has explained it clearly?

EBay has imposed a strict selling limit on you because you have received nothing but negative feedback as a seller.

You will have to live with this limit, one item at a time, until you have received enough positive feedbacks to lift your overall feedback above 0.

Even apart from your bad feedback, you are in Turkey and I wonder whether you have fully understood the difficulties of apparently delivering from "multiple locations in the UK". I presume this means drop shipping, but for example have you considered that eBay will require buyers to return items to you in Turkey? I don't see how it's going to work.
