I have sold a high-end tattoo machine in the most excellent condition. Seller probably has buyers remorse as she claims the machine obsolite and potentially dangerous. Not true.... still being used by top-industry professionals and you ca buy needles for it at the UK's famous 'Natural Enhancements.' Buyer is trying to get refund AND have me cover post. Ebay NEVER answer the phone and their computer system has automatically taken her side as she CLAIMS my advertising was misleading and the item is not as described. The only thing I could think to do was 'report the buyer.' Are there any other links or better ways to directly appeal / and prove her claim is wrong? Thank you so much for your kind time in helping me. x

Not good news as if the buyer opens a not as described dispute then you would have to pay the return postage and refund in full once you receive the item back

If you dont ebay will force it and you will pay the fees and a defect on your account.

All sellers have to accept not as described items back.

NO point in calling ebay and in fact it is not a good idea as they have been known to refund without the item back

All problems are done through a dispute in the resolution centre
