Not true.... still being used by top-industry professionals and you ca buy needles for it at the UK's famous 'Natural Enhancements.' Buyer is trying to get refund AND have me cover post. Ebay NEVER answer the phone and their computer system has automatically taken her side as she CLAIMS my advertising was misleading and the item is not as described. The only thing I could think to do was 'report the buyer.' Are there any other links or better ways to directly appeal / and prove her claim is wrong?
