    <description>&lt;P&gt;The VENDOR and I have been trying for two weeks to end a purchase transaction.&lt;BR /&gt;EBAY HAS MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PAY.&lt;BR /&gt;Ebay states the THE VENDOR DOES NOT SELL OUTSIDE UK.&lt;BR /&gt;the vendor declared THIS IS FALSE, SHE DOES SELL TO EUROPE.&lt;BR /&gt;The VENDOR informs me she has requested EBAY to note she DOES INDEED sell to the EU (Belgium) She asks for postage to be calculated so payment can go ahead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PAYMENT IS IMPOSSIBLE. I HAVE TRIED TO PAY DOZENS AND DOZENS OF TIMES.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I WANT TO THE ARTICLE!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHAT IS EBAY GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EBAY STATES THE VENDOR WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THE VENDOR, WITH WHOM I (the buyer) HAVE AN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP, STATES THIS IS A LIE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EBAY NOW SAYS THE SALE HAS FALLEN THROUGH AND CONSEQUENTLY EBAY HAS MARKED MY EBAY ACCOUNT IN BLACK!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MY RECORD WILL SHOW I AM A BAD PAYER!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AT EBAY LEVELS OF INCOMPETENCE ARE DIZZYING !&lt;BR /&gt;I AM A FIVE STAR CUSTOMER AND I PAY ON THE INSTANT. EBAY HAS ONLY TO VERIFY THE RECORD!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MUST I TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST EBAY FOR THIS GROSS INCOMPETENCE???????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I AM INCANDESCENT WITH RAGE, THE ITEM IS ONE IS HAVE PURCHASED.
