Just refunded a buyer and gave him the item because eBay gave me poor advice. Sell on here because I’m broke .

Hopefully will never have to sell again on here .

If you have already refunded then nothing more can be done

Maybe eBay should employ people who know what there doing. And employ advisors who speak fluent English.Being compelled to refund because of an error they caused = poor service.And where the **bleep** is the COMPLAINTS DEPT. I’ll tell you , there isn’t one.

You are not telling us what happened so how can we know. Disputes are automated you usually do not have to contact ebay at all for advice.Ebay probably should do many things but we are not ebay so no use swearing on here to us. If you want to complain then you write to the address on the User agreement at the very bottom of the page.
