my sales have dropped drastically over the last month. I checked the policy and theoretically everything is fine. To me it looks like I am being blocked for an unknown reason. Even though I am still expanding my offer, introducing promotions and lowering prices, nothing changes.

I can't see that your sales have dropped "dramatically" in the last month. We can only go by your feedback, which is only down by about 10% on the 12 month average.

It's most unlikely that you're being blocked for any reason, and I don't think the two negs are sufficient to put most buyers off.

You could check your buyer preferences in "My eBay" to see that they're not set too tightly.

Otherwise it's probably just fluctuation in demand. February can be a fairly flat month.

i see a decrease in sales. Even the report shows a decline of 30% compared to the previous month. Back in January, I was selling a few items a day and my turnover was over £ 300 a week. Now it does not reach 200. So it confirms a 30 percent decrease. You can't compare the turnover every year because a year ago I had 200 items on sale and now 1000 more. Previously, it used to be like this for a few days, now incidentally, I sell a few items a week. It has been like this since the beginning of February. I checked all the settings and is everything ok?
