Hi

I bought a blender grinder from a seller. After 7months it began to spark and crackle from inside. I wrote the seller telling her there is a safety issue and the product is not fit for purpose and I would like a refund. She wrote back to offering me a replacement, I said ok, she then wrote back and ask for my address which I emailed back to her and since February I havent heard back from her. I know my rights the product did not even last a year and it has a faulty electrical defect. What can I do next?

SALSA412

Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive

and not a warranty.

Any warranty is between you and the seller.

You only have rights if the seller is a business in the Uk

If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.

If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.

See the bottom of the page on the link where it says

Ebay Money Back Guarantee is not a product warranty
