    <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought a joblot and the day after seller said they had covid. I was in no rush so said I was happy to wait 2 weeks for them to then ship.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I contacted them after 2 weeks and they said they would ship either Monday or Tuesday of this week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;i asked for confirmation and tracking details. I have heard nothing and they are no longer responding to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my question is this ( I know I'll get refunded so not worried about this). But how can I ensure my negative feedback isn't removed. And I'm guessing they have the right to relist item to either do the same to another eBay member or as I suspect ref list item for a higher price.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to be careful what you say.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Dont mention ebay or dispute&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just something simple somthing like seller did not honour sale.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
